The Directors and senior management team have over 50 years experience in the construction industry and have held the following roles carrying out the following duties:
Project Surveyor
- Prepare sketches and notes, and perform electronic data collection. Knowledge of laws and regulations governing the subdivision of land and the capability to write technical reports.
- Design and implement an annual property maintenance scheme
- Develop improvement plans to provide a robust programme, implementation strategy, budget, cyclical maintenance, and voids work’s, complex work’s , fire damaged
- Conduct post inspections prior to refurbishment of kitchens, bathrooms and aid adaptions, including painting, replacement windows and roofs. inspect finished projects
Clerk of the Works
- Observe the quality and progress of construction to determine in general that it is proceeding in accordance with the contract documents
- Monitor the construction progress and assist in the preparation of progress reports required
- Review contract documents with the contractor’s superintendent so as to have a complete understanding of the scope of the project.
- Consider the contractor’s suggestions and recommendations, evaluate them, discuss them with the architect/engineer, owner and representatives and assist the architect/engineer when applicable in making a final decision.
- Maintain professional relationships with residents, contractors, consultants and key stakeholders to provide a customer focused service
- Progressing defects and latent defects rectification
- Preparation and presentation of KPI’s, ensuring specifications are up to date and meet current legislative standards
Maintenance Surveyor/ Inspector
- Survey and implement the procedure of reactive repairs, renovating kitchens, bathrooms, room adaptions and recording, monitoring and passing to contractors
- Sign off and hand over all completed works including voids
- Inspecting potential asbestos materials and arrange for the removal by incorporating specialist contractors
- Update engineers on any concerns surrounding the current project
Site Manager
- Supervise multiple projects by coordinating contractors during construction and closeout of work
- Facilitate the adherence to timescale and budgets and manage any disruptions to construction providing sustainable changes and improvements
- Schedule the construction phases of multiple designs and projects
- Collaborate with all team members to assess quality control, conduct health and safety checks and inspections of projects
- Inspecting work to ensure compliance with plans, specifications and relevant codes
